Licensing School

• Price of Real Estate Principles course $199.00* (please call for two payment option)

• Includes Book & Materials to pass state required Real Estate Principles exam

• Offering LIVE instruction 6pm - 8pm (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday evenings) 

• Before October 1, 2007 students can apply for state exam while enrolled in our Real Estate Principles course

• Student will be obligated to complete 7 courses in three-week period to qualify for Real Estate Principle exam

• Required minimum score of 70% in order to be eligible to apply for a Real Estate License 

• Once you have applied for your license, you may interview for a Sales Associate position at Century 21 Pro Realty
